Sam Devdhara has been in the hospitality industry since 1994. He has owned and managed properties ranging from 25 units to 172 units. Born and raised in India, Sam received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, from Banglore, India. He immigrated to the United States in 1993. He further completed his studies in San Francisco, acquiring an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. In 1995 he began managing a 25 unit property in San Francisco and now is an owner of 14 properties. Sam is well versed in all aspects of managing properties. He has experience in managing both limited and full service properties. He has also developed a Fairfield Inn & Suites, and has extensive experience in renovating properties. Sam served two terms, as a Director at Large for the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association.
Sam Patel has been in the hospitality business since 1976. He has owned and managed properties ranging from 48 units to 248 units. Born in the United Kingdom, Sam received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He immigrated to the United States in 1976, and immediately started out in his family’s business, a 108 unit property in San Francisco. Sam is well versed in all aspects of managing properties. He has experience in managing both limited and full service properties. He has extensive experience in renovating properties, having renovated over 20 properties. Sam also served as an ambassador for the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association. Currently he serves as President of the Independent Hotel Owners’ & Operators’ Association and as Chair for the San Francisco SRO Hotel Coalition.
Raj has been with Core Hotels, LLC. since September 2015. Raj brings over 19 years of experience in hotel management with hotel brands as IHG, Marriott, Radisson, Choice, BWI and Wyndham Hotels to mention a few. His duties are to oversee the day-to-day management of the properties managed by Core Hotels, LLC.
Priyang oversees the procurement and renovations for all Core Hotels, LLC. properties. He has been with the company since 2015. He works with the corporate and property level personals to ensure all PIP work is completed in a timely manner. He also liaisons with the design and development departments.
Janice joined Core Hotels, LLC. in 2017, with over 10 years in experience in operations she now works closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators and or the General Managers of each property to ensure that they have all the tools and resources needed to ensure their properties have the most exposure in it's market and that they are up to date with the brand standards. Janice also holds sales and management certifications with IHG, BWI, Hilton and Marriott brands.
